The R4E Review Navigator toolbar buttons are not updated when R4E properties are changed from the property view.  For instance, when changing Review state from the properties view, the Progress/Regress buttons are not updated.  Buttons are only updated when the Review Navigator view is selected

This is now fixed and verified as of srpint 2
