It shall be possible to build a composite repository of the un-release 3.7 Mylyn / Mylyn reviews and install R4E from it while using Helios as a base.

Updated :
* Made mylyn tasks optional and remove from feature dependencies
* Reports feature, specify match criteria and remove version qualifier to R4E feature dependency
* Lower requirements to latest Helios 3.6 Egit i.e. 0.11.1

Composite update site modified to include Egit update site and retrieve latest
