After selecting a template during project creation you get the screen for the project details and the five buttons at the top and at the bottom of the page.

When you clicking 'Check' which produces errors and/or wranings the Button Check gets not enabled again even when changing something.
So the User can not find out if he has corrected the errors/warnings.

Hint: the root case was the nullPointerException in of bug 362650
