ecore test case

Environment : 
Eclipse Indigo 
EMF compare 1.3

Steps to reproduce : 

- extract the testcase
- compare with each others the 2 ecorediag files
- a label modification is shown
- modifiy one of the 2 label to correspond to the second one
- compare with each others the 2 ecorediag files again
- no modification

- now compare with history the modified ecorediag 
- graphical comparison will fails showing the correct label modification

this behavior is indeed different if theproject is sharedusing git/svn/cvs/nothing.

The problems comes from the loading of underlying semantic models. it will be resolved to the current one, or not at all, and MUST be resolved to the right revision according to the revision of the gmf diagram...
