Eclipse (unlike RAD) does not ship XULRunner by default. We have to remove the XULRunner option from VE preference. For testing or debug purpose, I suppose we still can editor the preference file manually to use XUL Runner.

Close this bug because we are going to have a new design about what browser to be used as the VE browser. That work will be tracked in Bug 361770 - Use WebKit as VE browser
