There's an error message in the GWT Plugin installation process. Close to the 46% The error message showed is as follows:

"Installing Software" has encountered a problem. At the end of the error details, the explanation es that the wizard was not able to read the package, Read time out.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to Help>Install new software
2.the download link is http://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/3.7
3.Once is typed, press next to check all the packages ready to be installed
4.Accept the EULA.
5.In the installation process, close to the 46% the error displays, withouth having the possibility to use the plugin.

This is a problem with GWT, not with Eclipse.  Please file a report against them.

Double check that you have followed google's installation steps correctly.

When filing bugs against Eclipse, please look at the Product and Component you are choosing to select something relevent to your problem (Your problem is not related at all to PDE or API Tools).
