The current implementation of org.eclipse.emf.cdo.dawn.ui.handlers.SelectionHandler retrieves the selected objects from the selection of the active page. If a subclasses changes the active page, maybe be opening another WorkbenchPart, the call of the method leads to wrong results. Instead of using the active page, the current selection should be found in the ExecutionEvent.

Moving all open issues to 4.2. Open bugs can be ported to 4.1 maintenance after they've been fixed in master.
