The Papyrus JUnit tests are located in
trunk/tests/junit

They have to be maintained in the same time as the rest of the code. All committers should checkout the JUnit tests with the normal code, and execute them befor ecommiting.
It is also encouraged to provide tests when it is possible.

The Papyrus tests are continuously ran on Hudson. I close this Bugzilla, which is more a best-practice than a task.
