Sometimes when i close eclipse this error come out in multiple MessageBox(at least in 3 instance of MessageBoxes).

I wasn't able to reproduce the problem, though sometimes happens.

Steps to Reproduce :

- Open multiple file in eclipse, some with standard Java editor others with WindowBuilder editor
- make some changes on a file opended with WindowBuilder editor 
- close eclipse without saving before the modified file
- When asked for saving unsaved files respond YES

Can not reproduce, but I've added code, which should fix this.
Fixed in trunk.
