The patch for this new feature

This new feature depends on 360560.

The viewer which is returned is the one used by the eclipse view of the API of 360560.

+ StructureViewer getStructureViewer(Composite parent, ComparisonSnapshot input)
+ StructureViewer getStructureViewer(Composite parent, ComparisonSnapshot input, List<IDifferenceFilter> filters, IDifferenceGroupingFacility groupingFacility)

It's been integrated in commit 0d65173d4918fb3b5b822e9d328fdd70298a5d15 and pushed to the master branch.
