There is the same issue in RBD.
User could not edit the width and height fields in properties view.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.DD a Dojo BorderContainer into handler
2.Open its properties view, and go to position tab.

Actual results: The width and height fields are disabled.
