Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. download the code in sample of stackcontainer in help document of RBD
2. copy the code to EDT
3. set event on key up/down/press
4. in preview and IE8, it works fine
5. run the page in FF and Chrome, the event of keys can not be triggled.
