* Remove default*Format from StrLib.egl
* Remove all functions that reference default*Format from StrLib.egl
* Update ETimestamp::asTimestamp to say 'mask' instead of 'pattern'
* Update EDate::extend to say 'mask' instead of 'pattern'

defaultTimeStampFormat string;
defaultMoneyFormat string;
defaultNumericFormat string;
