The keyboard shortcut Ctrl+/ ,for commenting java source line, does not work.

Works for me in 2.1

It doesnt work in 3.0M3, whereas it worked in 3.0M2
The key shortcuts are unchanged.

System:
Windows 2000
Eclipse 3.0 M3
German keyboard layout

i have the same OS/keyboard layout. crtl+shift+/ works to make a comment, but 
ctrl+\ or ctrl+altgr+\ does not work to remove a comment.

Verification:
ctrl+shift+/ produces block comment
ctrl+shift+\ does nothing
crtl+/ does nothing
crtl+\ does nothing

german keyboard layout, switching to english (USA) layout doesnt change the
behavior.

Seems to work again with 3.0M5.
