- open Java editor on a repo-shared Java source file
- right click in left margin to enable Show Line Numbers
- right click in left margin to Show Annotations

At this point, you are unable to hide annotations. Choosing "Show Quick Diff" and "Show Annotations" does nothing.

Note that if you don't have line numbers showing, then it works ok and you are able to hide annotations.

Note that I've reproduced this problem with both CVS and Git-shared source files.

There is nothing in the .log file.
