Description fahua jin CLA 2011-10-18 03:53:14 EDT
Build Identifier: 0.7.0.v201110172101

Please refer to the bug 361207 for setting up the testing environment.

1) Open the H2.egl with VE editor.
2) Set a break point to any line that can set break point.
3) Make any changes in the EGL file.
4) File > Revert, the break points are not visible in the editor, while it can be found in the EGL Breakpoints view.

I'm not sure the root cause of the problem, since it's debug related, I set the component to the debug firstly. If it's a problem of IDE, feel free to set the owner to Xiaobin. Thanks.

Also, I don't think this defect has big impact on the user, so set the severity to minor.

Reproducible: Always

This is an editor issue, not a debug issue. You can do the same thing with Task markers:

1. Open any .egl file in the source editor (does not have to be the VE)
2. Right-click anywhere in the ruler and select "Add Task"
3. A dialog will pop up; click OK.
4. Make a change to the file and, without saving, choose File > Revert
5. The marker is gone. Close the editor and re-open it, and it once again displays.

This means the marker is NOT deleted, and the editor is not re-initializing its view of them after it's reverted. The Java editor correctly handles this.

Deferring to 1.0. This is a low priority defect that also occurs in RBD.
