When styled text has vertical scroll bar with variable alwaysShowScroll set to false, the last line of the text is partically shown.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run the code snippet (see attachment)
2. add more lines to the text
3. vertical scroll bar won't scroll to the end of the text

Looks like pure SWT code to me.
