Go to Preferences -> PHP -> Editor -> Syntax Coloring 
Change some background colors for example -> see that changes are reflected in the Sample text.
Now click Restore Default.
Expected: Sample text is restored
Actual: It is not restored.

This one is very old and seem to be no longer reproducible (at least I could not on latest PDT). Closing
