When the debugging of js file completes after reaching end of file, still the debug session doesnt close by itself. User has to click on the Terminate button.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on js file and click Debug As->Rhino JAvaScript
2. After execution the bebug session doent terminate
