Reproduction:

*) Create a class diagram.
*) Create two classes in the diagram.
*) Using the palette create a substitution from one class to the other.

The line is create but without «substitute». 

According to the UML spec:
Notation
A Substitution dependency is shown as a dependency with the keyword «substitute» attached to it.
