Fixed in R3_6_maintenance_Java7 and released as r362j7_v20111018.

*.jdt.doc.* are from R3_7_maintenance
other *.doc.* are from R3_6_maintenance

I only fixed the version numbers in the jdt.doc plug-in manifests, but did not touch references to 3.7 in the actual doc (that's like "@since 3.7.1" in code).
