Dojo DateTextBox: Event onClick can not be triggered in the pop up Calendar

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Web Client Project
2. Download the attached RUIHandler and copy it to your project
3. Open it by VE or browser and click the DateTextBot, the Calendar will pop up.
4. Click in Calendar, the onClick event won't be triggered.

Deferring to 1.0 - this is a low priority defect that also occurs in RBD
