When a Constraint property is created on a SysML Parametrics Diagram it is always black.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Parametrics Diagram on a Block
2. Drag in the Diagram a ConstraintProperty from the Palette

Parametric diagrams are not supported under Kepler M5.
