Description Wayne Beaton CLA 2011-10-13 10:56:25 EDT
The IP Log does not generate correctly when the logged in user is a commiter (which places the log in "edit" mode). It appears to be getting cut off when it attempts to print the description of the first entry.

This happens when the IP Log generator cannot connect to Dash to get Git contribution information. The fix is to re-establish the connection to Dash.

With Bug 430760, the IP Log generator is being moved to the PMI. The new generator will be more resilient in the face of failures (see Bug 430760 Comment 5).
