There is the same issue in RBD8012.
The numColumns and numRows properties should be removed from VE becaue they could not work correctly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.DD Dojo TextArea widget into handler.
2.Remove the source codes about width and height.
3.Set some values in numColumns, numRows

Actual results: The numColumns, numRows settings could not work correctly, so these two properties should be removed from VE.

Only remove them from VE. We may want to discuss if the property will be totally removed.

I think they could be totally removed if we could confirm they don't work at all.
