DojoColorPalette: Event onClick can not be triggered

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new Web Client Project
2. Download the attached RUIHandler, and copy it to your project.
3. Open in VE preview or real browser.
4. Click the ColorPalette only triggered the event onChange, but no onClick triggered.

The onClick event will only be triggered when click at the background border.
RBD also has this problem.

Deferring to 1.0 - this is a low priority defect that also occurs in RBD
