There is the same issue in RBD8012
Switch position property from absolute to static will lead to wiget displaying abnormal, the widget will be split to two parts.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.DD a Dojo ProgressBar into handler.
2.Open its properties view, set position property as "absolute" first.
3.After the VE refresh, change position property as "static".

Actual results: The widget will be split to two parts in preview and external browsers.

The DojoProgressBar is sensitive to position because its inner structure depends on it.

This is a low priority defect that also occurs in RBD, so I am deferring the fix to 1.0.
