Focus regained to Dojo CheckBox when switch to other widget

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Web Client Project
2. Download the attached RUIHandler and copy it to your project
3. Open in VE preview or real browser.
4. Check the Dojo CheckBox, the focus gained.
5. Then click the button, the stdout shows "FocusLost" and then "FocusGained" again. Which should just lost focus.

Verified with some other widgets but not DojoButton. The problem remains.
1. In IE/Preview(IE): the onFocusGained can not be triggered sometime
2. In Chrome/FF/Preivew(XULRunner): when click other widget, the stdout shows "FocusLost" and then "FocusGained" again. Which should just lost focus.

Deferring to 1.0 - this is a low priority defect that also occurs in RBD
