As the implementation of these methods is already in place - EditorRegistry#isSystemExternalEditorAvailable always returns false and EditorRegistry#getSystemExternalEditorImageDescriptor always return null, we have to uncomment the interfaced methods.

Fixed in CVS HEAD.
