Since Indigo, the ControlFlow View initial display is wrong: the table alongside the Gantt chart is now displayed when it should be hidden.

Also, the refreshing of that view - in particular when zooming - is quite embarrassing (not to mention potentially harmful for epileptic users).

We didn't plan on spending too much effort on kernel stuff but this looks particularly bad and should be fixed.

Legacy LTTng 0.x plugins are no longer maintained. The new Control Flow view for LTTng 2.0 does not have these issues.
