ValuePartDefinitions can only be attached to AbstractValueFieldData and AbstractPropertyData.
This limitation should be eliminated. This would allow to attach constraints for eg AbstractTabelData.

This is in fact a pending enhancement.

ValuePartDefinition is marked deprecated and the new BasicPartDefinition class is replaceing it with more general behaviour, simpler signatures and more javadoc.
