Orion client components should not be directly doing an XHR to get a resource as this will force the UI and web service to be co-located on the same server.

Instead we should be using a plugin that can do the XHR as an implementation detail and expose a service that the orion client uses instead.

General issue was fixed in 0.4M2 and we're better off with smaller more specific bugs
