We branched R4_1_maintenance off of R4_development in the eclipse.platform.ui's Git repository a long time ago. However, when I tried viewing the history today, it seems that it believes that it is only two commits behind the current tip of the R4_development branch.

History graph rendering was/is beeing fixed in http://egit.eclipse.org/r/#change,4744 and http://egit.eclipse.org/r/#change,4719. The fixes seem to fix also your problem. I don't see that problem with the fixed version. Problem: I also don't see the problem with the unfixed version. But it is possible that your repo evolved in a way that this rendering bug don't show up anymore - even without our current fix.

Can you reproduce that with the latest JGit? If not, we should close this bug. Ideal would be if you still have such a problem visible and the two fixes solve it.

I think this problem doesn't exist anymore with latest EGit. Therefore I'll close it now
