Implement generic Statistics View in the Tracing and Monitoring Framework. The framework shall provide a way to count number of events per event type. Additionally, the framework shall be extensible to add other types of statistics.

Feature implementation

This patch contains the implementation of the TMF enhancement requested in this bug. The implementation was done by Mathieu Denis, student at Polytechinque de Montreal, as part of his internship at Ericsson.  I supported him during his project. Thanks a lot to Mathieu for his work.
