MDT/UML2 is migrating to support UML 2.4. MDT/OCL must align with this.

Initial reaction to the major version change is in Bug 358558, from which Bug 358793 and Bug 358801 are responses to problems caused by the M2 support of Bug 358759.

Further work is needed to get the Pivot model scripts to work again.

Al working and UML init contributed back to MDT/UML2.
