In the past, we have had certain "tracking" pages at "eclipse.org", under the simrel name, and then under 'planning', such as 

http://eclipse.org/indigo/planning/SimultaneousReleaseOverview.php

If we still want to do it that way, we'll need a new "juno" module in the website cvs location. I'd suggest that (at least) I have "write" access. I could "copy" over pages such as SimultaneousReleaseOverview.php and change the one occurrence of 'indigo' to 'juno' and it'd probably work? 

In the past, we've always thought about having a more "central" site so that this doesn't have to be created every year ... maybe do more with parameters?  ... but ... I'm guessing, we'd always want something with the release name in the URL ... such as we would always want some general "landing" page to advertise the SimRel ... such as 

http://eclipse.org/releases/juno/
instead of the traditional
http://eclipse.org/juno/

So ... up to you on what that top level should be. 

I noticed this because I was going to tell someone to "signup" for the SimRel on Portal, thought I'd check if they had yet, and then realized we did not have a page summarizing the participating projects, as we have in the past, namely

http://eclipse.org/juno/planning/SimultaneousReleaseOverview.php

(If not obvious, this overview page works off the simultaneousrelease flag in the Portal database.).
