Record creation wizard by XML got error

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Web Client Project
2. Right click package "common" -> "New" -> "Record" to open the Record creation wizard
3. Enter a Record name and click next.
4. Select "Record from XML" and click next.
5. Select "Create from a URL" and enter "http://www.webservicex.net/CurrencyConvertor.asmx/ConversionRate?FromCurrency=USD&ToCurrency=CNY"
6. Click next to create the record. 
7. The created record has no field.
