"Application base [...] for host [localhost] does not exist or is not a directory"

The erro message above is traced in the console when GW is started.

In the default-server.xml there was not Host's attibute "appBase". So Tomcat sets "webapp" as a value for this attibute, but because such directory does not exits, the error message is written to the log. GW does not need "appBase" attribute, because of this I'm adding appBase="" to the Host configuration in default-server.xml

Change is tested, committed and pushed.
