in Graphical Structure Editor:
when a new Interface Port is added to the border of an ActorClass, the Flag "Is Relay Port" shall be deactivated.

Reason: I analyzed some of my models and found that in most cases the Ports are End Ports. This change would safe work and avoid errors.
