Event onClick and onChange doesn't work in some case

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
The following case does not work
1. When change Year/Month to new value, the onChange doesn't triggered 
2. When change date to new value, the onClick doesn't triggered

Deferring to 1.0 - this is a low priority defect that also occurs in RBD
