Content Assist in widget property field will show all event even if it is not supported

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Web Client Project, and create a new RUIHandler.
2. Switch to design view, drag & drop some dojo widget(Dojo Button for example).
3. Select the Dojo Widget, all supported events shows in property view.
4. Switch to source view, in widget property field the content assist will list all event even it's not supported.

Deferring to 1.0 - this is a low priority defect that also occurs in RBD
