Dojo Calendar cannot trigger onFocusGained and onFocusLost in VE preview. It can be triggered at the first time, then it doesn't work. 
[This only happens in preview]

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Web Client Project
2. Download the attached egl file, and copy it to package "client"
3. Open the copied file by VE and make sure there is no compile error.
4. Switch to preview click calendar to get it focused, then click button to get focus out of calendar
5. Repeat step 4 for several times, it only works at the first time

It works well now
