Build Identifier: 20111009 nightly build

Focus regained when switch to other widget. The sample code was two Dojo Button in grid layout.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Web Client Project.
2. Download the attached egl file and copy it to pakcage "client".
3. Open in VE, make sure there is no compile error.
4. Switch to preview, click the "Button1". The onFocusGained event triggered.
5. Click the "Button2", the onFocusLost shold be triggered. But the event sequence was "lost" -> "Regained" -> "Lost"

Also happens in RBD.

Deferring to 1.0 - this is a low priority defect that also occurs in RBD
