Build Identifier: 20111009 nightly build

RuiHandler opened in source editor by default when creating, which should be Visual Editor. It's a regression bug.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a Web Client Project
2. Create a new RUIHandler in package common
3. When finished the creation wizard, the RUIHandler opened by source editor. Which should be Visual Editor.
4. Close the opened egl file, double click the created file to open it. It works well and opened be VE.
