Inset/Outset properties of border styles does not work in FireFox, but they display correctly in preview, and external IE instead. I am using the Firefox 7.0.1 and IE 8.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. New an egl handler.
2. Drag and drop a Dojo button into the handler.
3. Set the properties of the button as the screenshot.
4. Preview the handler in Firefox.

Actual results: In FF, inset/outset could not show correctly. But preview tab, and external IE work fine.

The style of inset/outset is different across browsers.

This is display defference among the browsers, so close it now.
