Build Identifier: 20111007 nightly build

REST service call with @GetRest can not add param to URI correctly

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download the attached archive file
2. Import the EGL project "ThirdParty" to EDT workspace 
3. Open the RUIHandler testRest.egl and switch to preview
4. Click the three buttons to call service
5. Message shows that the param haven't been attached to the request: 

"please supply an address as ?address=[address] "
"Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand"
