I was tried a sudoku application, therefore I writing the code for displaying layouts and menu. there is no error in compilation. But when I run this project, I got this error.

This is not a bug.  It does not relate to PDE.  As Remy has stated, please ask for help in the forums or on IRC.  Please try to be more specific on what is going wrong then just giving your code and expecting someone to fix it for you.
