I am not able to pick nested column from database. say column basicinfo has sub columns as firstname,lastname,DateOfBirth.

To fetch firstname from mongo db we use syntax (basicinfo.firstname).

but this syntax is not working in birt.
I have entered following syntax in query textbox for dataset


Syntax: tablename(userid,username,basicinfo.firstname)

this is not working in birt

BIRT 4.3 (Kepler) now offers a MongoDB ODA connector, see Bug 402794.
