This should be in the UI, so the "easter egg" is not necessary.

Added a "Convert to self-hosting" action on the top toolbar. Clicking this prompts you for the folder that you want the Orion client code to be hosted from, then sets up the site and starts it for you.

Ignore that: it sets up the site but does not Start it.
