From www.eclipse.org I select the top menu "Projects" and then I select "All Projects" on the right to end up at this URL: 
http://www.eclipse.org/projects/listofprojects.php

I get an error message:

SQL Trouble: Table 'eclipsefoundation.Projects' doesn't exist


I tried on Firefox and Chrome and get the same result.

Just started to work again.  I guess I caught it during some change...
